2. Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery date.

Requests after 14 days may not be accepted or may be eligible only for store credit.

Product Condition

The beauty bed must be returned in unused condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, straps, and protective covers must be included.

If the item shows signs of use (e.g., scratches, stains, altered components), a refund may be denied.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

Items that have been used or show wear and tear.

Customised beds (e.g., personalised embroidery, special sizing) unless faulty.

Clearance or heavily discounted items (unless faulty).

Delivery, installation, or assembly fees.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your portable beauty bed arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us WITHIN 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage/defect and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
