 – Returns Policy

At Lash Doll’s Academy of Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an electrical lamp purchased from lashdolls.ie develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

How to Report a Fault

Before returning a faulty lamp, please contact our team and provide:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- Date of purchase
- A description of the fault
- Photos and/or a short video clearly showing the issue, where possible

Please do not return a lamp to us without contacting us first.

Once we receive the above information, our team will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Faults Within 30 Days

If your lamp is faulty and you notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, you may be entitled to reject the product and receive a full refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

You may choose a repair or replacement instead, where appropriate.

Faults After 30 Days

If a fault develops after the first 30 days, we will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

If a repair or replacement is not possible, cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, or does not resolve the fault, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Returning a Faulty Lamp

Once your return has been approved by our team, your lamp should be securely packaged, together with any components we have requested, and returned to:

Where an item is faulty, Lash Doll’s Academy of Beauty will arrange or cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.

Please ensure the lamp is packaged securely to prevent damage while in transit.

What Is Not Considered a Product Fault?

Our faulty-item policy does not cover damage caused by:

- Accidental damage, including dropping or impact damage
- Misuse or failure to use the product as instructed
- Incorrect assembly or installation
- Improper storage
- Liquid or water damage
- Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products
- Use of an incorrect plug, adaptor, voltage or power supply
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications or alterations
- Normal wear and tear

Where an item is returned to us, it may be inspected to determine the nature and cause of the reported fault.

If the issue is found to have been caused by accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear rather than an inherent product fault, it may not qualify for a free repair, replacement or refund.

Electrical Safety

If your lamp is overheating, sparking, producing an unusual smell, has damaged wiring or appears unsafe in any way, stop using it immediately.

Switch the lamp off, unplug it from the power supply and contact us.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your statutory consumer rights.

Your rights in relation to faulty goods are protected under applicable Irish consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
