Train the Trainer Course

Course Description

How long is the course? The course takes place over 4 Sundays, 10am til roughly 4pm every day. When you book in for Sunday 31st March, your training dates will be the 4 consecutive Sundays. What will I learn? - Role as an educator - What is required to run a training course? - Room layouts - Different learner types - Teaching methods & techniques - How to deliver a training session - How to evaluate your students & give feedback - Creating your own manual - Creating your own lesson plans - How to get accredited What will I receive? - Fully accredited certification to allow you to teach within the beauty industry - Detailed training manual & course notes - Manual templates What is required? - Must have 12 months+ experience in the treatment you wish to teach - Fully qualified with accredited certificate in each treatment, these certificates need to be provided to us prior to training - €250 non-refundable deposit
