Non-Refundable Deposit Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your time slot is reserved exclusively for you and will be applied to the total cost of your service. Please note: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice or cancel outside of the allowed time frame, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows and last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients and will result in the loss of your deposit. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit. Any rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
