Non-Refundable Deposit Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your time slot is reserved exclusively for you and will be applied to the total cost of your service. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit. Any rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
